Cancellation Policy

    Thank you for reading about the Cancellation Policy. It is my goal to be forthcoming and informative so there are never any misunderstandings in our mutually respectful business relationship.

***Clients who need to cancel or reschedule their appointment MUST do so no less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. I mean no disrespect or to cause any distress but if I am scheduled to be with you at a certain time, and you are unable to be there, I am unable to work for that hour or more. If I have proper notice, I can fill the space with another client. If I don't have the time to reschedule another in your place, then I have not only lost the work I was doing for you, but I am left unable to work for another. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, here is what will take place.

                    ~ If you are a bodywork package holder, then the session you would have used will
                       count as used. (packages are no longer available. This clause applies to those who  
are finishing up previously bought packages.)

                    ~ If you are not a package holder, you must pay for the full cost of your
                       session before you can schedule and be seen at another appointment without

    ~ If you are eligible for The Warrior Discount, you must pay what your session                                  costs with the discount before you schedule to be seen again without prepayment. 

    ~ If you are using a gift certificate, it will be counted as used.

                    ~ If you scheduled and prepaid online, and you cancel less than 24 hours prior to
                       your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged for your session at full
